“Vand Chhako” which means to selflessly share what we have, and consume it together – Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Hartek Foundation was established in 2021 guided by Guru Nanak’s philosophy of “Vand Chakko”. We believe that business can flourish only when the society around us is uplifted.

We aim to contribute towards the holistic development of the underprivileged through sustainable initiatives, sustainable strategies, and sustainable technology.

Our mission centers on bridging the gaps in access to essential resources like education, healthcare, renewable energy, and livelihood opportunities, empowering individuals and communities to achieve long-term self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Rotary India National CSR Award 2025

Conferred with the “Rotary India National CSR Award 2025 – Northern Region” for excellence in Community and Skill Development, this recognition underscores a sustained commitment to strengthening communities across Punjab.

Through the establishment of Hartek Skill Labs, structured skill development programmes have been delivered to Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and individuals from Drug De-addiction and Rehabilitation Centres, enabling meaningful livelihood opportunities. Focused capacity-building initiatives and grassroots engagement efforts continue to promote dignity, resilience, and sustainable growth under the leadership of Ms. Harkirat Kaur.

This honour reflects an ongoing dedication to inclusive development and long-term community empowerment.
